Cancellation, Indemnity and Liability Waiver

Dr Drip IV Refund Policy Fees, Payment, & Refunds Name Services scheduled and/or purchased from Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa through the Services or otherwise, are provided by licensed medical professionals contracted with Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa. 
By scheduling an appointment with Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa, through the Services or otherwise, you agree to pay Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled. Payments will be charged at the time of scheduling or at the time of service as indicated or directed. 
Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa REQUIRES AT LEAST 24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. You will be charged the full amount of the fee indicated for the service(s) scheduled if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time. 
However, you may cancel an appointment without charge if it is cancelled within ten (10) minutes of being scheduled through the Services or otherwise. For IV services, our professionals are highly skilled in assessing the veins and where to find access and usually get IV access on the first attempts. 
However, if after the professional has spent time assessing the client/patient and has either found there is no available IV access or has unsuccessfully attempted IV access and can not start the IV, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. A credit toward other services may be discussed at the discretion of the management team.
NO REFUND POLICY FOR IV HYDRATION THERAPY
We are committed to providing high-quality IV Hydration Therapy services to our clients. To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we have established the following "No Refund Policy" for our IV Hydration Therapy services. Please read this policy carefully before scheduling and paying for our services.1. Payment Terms:

  • Clients are required to pay the full amount for IV Hydration Therapy services at the time of booking, either online or in person.
  • We accept payment through various methods, please ask for further details.
  • Pricing for our IV Hydration Therapy services is clearly stated on our website and in our promotional materials.

2. No Guarantees:

  • IV Hydration Therapy effectiveness may vary from person to person.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the therapy.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments with at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 24 hours] notice.
  • Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice may forfeit their payment or incur a no-show fee.

5. Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds will sometimes only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies preventing the client from receiving the scheduled treatment but only at the sole discretion of the Dr Drip Management Team.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to [email protected] within 3 days of the missed appointment.
  • Our team will carefully review refund requests, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • If approved, refunds may be issued in the form of a credit toward future services or a portion minus a 50% clinic services fee.

6. Acknowledgment:

  • Clients are required to sign this acknowledgment of this "No Refund Policy" before receiving IV Hydration Therapy services. This acknowledgment will be provided before services are rendered.

7. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary situations, at our sole discretion.

8. Legal Compliance:

  • This policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing refund policies in our jurisdiction.

NO REFUND POLICY FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY IV and Injection Services.  AS WELL AS MISSED OR NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE ALSO NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY PROGRAMS, PLANS, MEMBERSHIPS, HEALTH COURSES AS WELL AS MISSED OR NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE ALSO NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. Proprietary, customized and sensitive information will be shared upon payment of any of these services mentioned and is not to be given to anyone else since these programs are customized for each individual patient/client. 
In the unusual event we are unable to provide our services to you because of our availability, a PRO-RATED CREDIT or a REFUND WILL BE DISCUSSED BUT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. Credits or refunds WILL NOT be provided to customers who are unsatisfied with their goods and/or services. 
Policy on Delayed or Back Order Products to Customers: Occasionally Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa will have to order IV or oral medications, vitamins, nutrients, or other supplements that are available by special order or pharmacy upon payment for your service.

Please allow up to 7 days for orders to arrive. 
1. Delayed or back order products are those items that are not available for immediate delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturer delays, shipping issues, or inventory shortages. 
2. We will notify customers as soon as possible if their order has been delayed or back ordered. We will provide an estimated delivery date and keep customers updated on any changes to that date. 
3. If a customer chooses to wait for the delayed or back ordered product, we will do our best to expedite the delivery as soon as it becomes available. In some cases, we may offer a discount or other compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay. 
4.If the delay or back order is due to an error on our part and not due to the supply chain, we will take full responsibility for the delay and make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, including, if deemed appropriate by management, providing additional compensation if necessary. 
5.We will make every effort to prevent delays and back orders by maintaining adequate inventory levels and promptly resolving any issues that may arise with our suppliers or shipping partners but specialty products and services we do not keep immediately on hand. 
6.Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our customers receive the products they ordered in a timely and efficient manner. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of any delays or back orders, and we will always strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless the medical providers employed or contracted by Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa; and their respective officers, directors, employees, stockholders, assigns, successors and affiliates (Indemnified Parties) from, against and in respect of all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, judgements, settlement payments, deficiencies, penalties, fines, interest and costs, expenses suffered,sustained, incurred or paid by the indemnified parties, in connection with, results from or arising out of, directly or indirectly, the medical providers employed by Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa; rendering medical care, services, advice, and/ or treatment, my failure to disclose all relevant information regarding my medical and physical condition, acts or omissions, the medical providers employed by Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa; harm or injury resulting from medical care or pharmaceuticals provided directly or indirectly by the medical providers employed by Dr Drip IV Hydration and Wellness Spa.
